Hillarys Introduces a Shop-at-Home Model
Hillarys brings its shop-at-home service to Indian consumers. Customers can begin online and schedule a free in-home consultation. A trained design consultant then visits with a selection of more than 1,500 fabrics and designs.
The service covers product selection, precise measurements, made-to-measure production and professional installation. Customers can also access digital visualisation tools and instant on-site quotations. In addition, order updates help them track procurement, tailoring, quality checks and dispatch.
Bengaluru Operations and Expansion Plans
Hillarys has established its Indian operations in Bengaluru. During its first 24 months in the city, the company completed more than 3,000 projects. Its current portfolio includes over 2,500 fabrics, supported by a 60-member team across sales, operations, technology, product, marketing and human resources.
The brand currently offers installation within 15 working days of the final check measurement, subject to order confirmation and advance payment.
Hillarys plans to expand into other Indian cities, with Hyderabad and Chennai next on its list. The company also intends to develop a customised partnership model for architects and interior designers.
Growing Demand for Personalised Home Solutions
According to IMARC Group, India’s home décor market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.18% between 2026 and 2034.
Hillarys aims to address changing consumer preferences through personalised designs, expert guidance and a connected service experience. Its India strategy combines international expertise with a home-based consultation model tailored to modern homeowners.
