Kenstar has partnered with Unicommerce to strengthen its e-commerce operations and support its digital business growth. Announced on October 21, 2026, the partnership will help Kenstar manage orders, inventory and warehouse operations through an integrated technology platform.
The home appliance brand is expanding its digital presence while increasing its reach across India. It serves customers through major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, its own website, more than 30,000 retail touchpoints and over 18 warehouses and fulfilment centres.
Unified Platform to Improve Order Management
Through this partnership, Kenstar has adopted Uniware, Unicommerce’s flagship platform. The deployment includes an Order Management System (OMS) and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
As a result, Kenstar can manage orders from multiple sales channels through a single platform. The system also provides real-time inventory visibility and supports more efficient warehouse operations.
In addition, the integrated platform aims to improve order processing and stock utilisation. These capabilities will help Kenstar manage growing order volumes as its online business expands.
Supporting Kenstar’s Digital Growth
Kenstar has operated in the Indian home appliance market for 30 years. Its product portfolio includes air coolers, water heaters, small home appliances and washing machines.
Sunil Jain, CEO of Kenstar, said the partnership aims to improve inventory visibility, fulfilment efficiency and the online shopping experience.
Meanwhile, Kapil Makhija, MD and CEO of Unicommerce, said technology would play an important role in supporting Kenstar’s direct-to-consumer growth.
The partnership will provide Kenstar with a technology foundation to support its expanding digital commerce operations and maintain a consistent customer experience across sales channels.
