Macy’s is joining in on the annual holiday markets in the Big Apple, which are a huge attraction.
At its flagship location on Herald Square, Macy’s will debut the first-ever Holiday Square by Urbanspace. Beginning on November 1 and ending on January 3, 2025, the in-store market will be open. Additionally, from December 6 to January 3, 2025, an Urbanspace Herald Holiday Market will open outside of the Macy’s shop.
Some of the most well-known holiday markets in New York City, such as the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park Winter Village, Union Square Holiday Market, and Columbus Circle Holiday Market, were developed by Urbanspace.
With more than 30 local companies offering a variety of goods, Christmas presents, and food and drink, Macy’s Christmas Square is being planned as an immersive experience. Some of the best hot chocolate vendors in New York City, Stroopwafels from Amsterdam, Italian artisan chocolates, Crumbl Cookies, and other goodies will be available at the Holiday Square kiosks. In order to enhance their holiday celebration, visitors can also find personalized ornaments, jewelry, candles, handmade stationery, and other beautiful accessories.
Additionally, on October 25, Macy’s will be present at The Holiday Shops at Bryant Park in one of the famous glass houses on 6th Avenue. The store will sell presents and merchandise from Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, such as cashmere and fragrances.
This year, New York City is expected to host 15 Christmas markets.
“Macy’s is at its best around the holidays. Nata Dvir, chief merchandising officer of Macy’s, stated, “We are thrilled about the newness and exclusive products across categories from a curation of great brands that will inspire our customers.”
