To spearhead its further expansion, Mlily USA is adding two important executives to its sales team.

Joe Summers and Diana Genshock, both seasoned sales professionals, have joined the organization. Summers has been promoted to sales director for the Southwest, and Genshock has been promoted to national account sales manager, a new role for Mlily.

Genshock, who has over 20 years of sales expertise, is in charge of managing and preserving ties with national retail customers, making sure they fulfill company goals and sales targets. This involves overseeing important alliances with big box retailers and retail chains.

Genshock was Shifman’s national key account manager before joining Mlily. In addition, she managed sales for CORT’s district showrooms and worked in sales for Abbyson Home and Peloton Interactive.

“As we continue to expand our national partnerships, Diana’s experience is a huge asset for us,” stated Kyle Robertson, Mlily’s chief operating officer. She is aware of how meticulously these accounts need to be handled, and we value the insight she can offer in enhancing our connections with important retail partners. Diana is available to assist anyone who needs help comprehending our vertically integrated company strategy.

Summers comes to Mlily with experience in relationship building, company development, and retail sales. He was director of sales for the sleep accessory firm Lusome before joining the company. In addition, he held positions as national account manager, regional sales manager, and director of sales and business development at Malouf Home.

Derek Leishman, national sales director, stated, “We are thrilled that Joe will be joining our team and managing the Southwest region.” “He will play a key role in increasing sales and developing our team in that area because he brings a high level of skill and expertise to the role.”
