Four significant ancillary issues influencing the industry’s future

This year, the exhibition will present a full schedule of concurrent events centered around four main themes that are essential to the expansion of the business. Important things in the schedule are:

Inspiration for Design

Highlighting the key elements of the future Trends 2025 “Healing Home” concept, Hall 6.1 will serve as the hub for an exclusive tour led by the trend designer. The day one afternoon’s featured six-designer panel discussion, “About Healing,” will explore the healing concept in greater detail from a global standpoint.

The 30th China Home Textiles Design Festival & Designer Recommended Brand Awards, the China Intangible Cultural Heritage of Textile Exhibition, Mr. You Zhou’s Design for Fun: Using Playful Methods to Support Sustainable Development, Ms. Pallavi Dean’s Psychology at Play in Design, and Mr. Saverio Quaia’s Weaving Paths to Sustainability: the Impact of Textile in Interior Spaces are some of the other noteworthy seminars, ceremonies, and display areas.

Enterprise O2O

The theme’s featured session, “Unlocking Opportunities: Successful Business Strategies for the Middle Eastern Design Market,” will be delivered by Ms. Esra Lemmens. Effective business strategies across sectors will be explored during the events under this topic on Day 1 afternoon, together with the 10th Home Textiles and Furniture Industry Ecological Integration Forum.

Industry Empowerment Crossing Boundaries:

A Designer x Producer Talk on Sustainability is a roundtable discussion that is set for Day 2 afternoon. It will bring together manufacturers and designers from the East and West to debate sustainability issues and find a middle ground among all parties involved.

Technologies & Textiles

Under the auspices of Econogy Talks, environmentally conscious manufacturers including 3M, Advansa, and Indorama will have a forum to showcase their most recent eco-friendly developments for use in home textile applications through the Sustainable Fibre Forum in Home Textiles. Additionally, during a lengthy session held early on Day 2, visitors who are interested in incorporating sustainability into their involvement in the Messe Frankfurt trade fair can learn more about the Texpertise Econogy program.

Beyond the stage, visitors to the 7th China International Fibre Art Exhibition have responded well to earlier incarnations of the exhibition, which will feature artistic creations in Hall 5.1.

Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., the China Home Textile Association (CHTA), and the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, are the organizers of Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition.
