NYAI has launched NYAI AI Studio, an agentic AI infrastructure platform for law firms and enterprise legal and compliance teams. The company announced the launch in Mumbai on 5 October 2026.
The NYAI AI Studio platform enables organisations to build, deploy and manage AI agents. It also supports multi-agent workflows and custom AI applications. Organisations can use their own data, workflows and governance controls.
NYAI AI Studio Supports Custom AI Agents
The platform combines AI models, tools, workflows, organisational knowledge and governance features in one environment. It integrates with Claude, GPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.
Legal teams can use the platform for research, drafting, document summarisation, contract review and redlining. They can also build custom agents based on internal playbooks, legal precedents, clause libraries and escalation protocols.
The platform supports multi-agent workflows for complex legal processes. For example, agents can classify documents, extract information and analyse risks during mergers and acquisitions due diligence. They can then consolidate their findings into a single report.
Key Features and Integrations
NYAI AI Studio offers tools for compliance management, regulatory monitoring, audits and evidence tracking. It also supports obligation monitoring, penalty computation and DPDP consent management.
The platform includes a knowledge graph, organisational memory, API gateway, MCP server and audit logs. Its governance features include role-based access controls, single sign-on and model evaluation.
NYAI said the platform offers more than 100 integrations. These include iManage, SAP, DocuSign, Salesforce, storage platforms, email and WhatsApp.
Three Deployment Options
Organisations can deploy NYAI AI Studio through three models:
- Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Isolated deployment on hyperscalers
- Air-gapped, on-premise deployment
These options address different data residency, privacy and security requirements. The platform is designed to help organisations manage sensitive information while maintaining control over their AI workflows.
NYAI AI Studio is available in India with immediate effect. The company plans to expand into the Middle East, the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific in the coming quarter.
