Sanjay Jain Leads PDS Limited’s Global Rise and Sustainability Push

Sanjay Jain, a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in retail and media & entertainment, is steering PDS Limited to new heights as Group CEO since January 2021. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its reach and reinforced its commitment to sustainability.

PDS Limited is a global, design-led fashion infrastructure company that manages product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution for more than 250 global brands and retailers, including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Ted Baker, and Kohl’s. Operating in over 24 countries with 90+ offices and more than 10,000 global associates, the company handles approximately $1.8 billion in Gross Merchandise Value.

Sanjay Jain, previously the CEO of Future Retail and Group CFO of Future Group, has also held leadership roles at Zee Group, Essel Group, and Eicher. Known for turning around acquired companies across North America, Europe, and Asia, he combines operational excellence with strategic vision. He holds an MBA in Finance, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has earned numerous accolades, including ‘CEO of the Year’ in 2022.
