POLYWOOD and Draper James Debut ‘Après Sea’ Experience at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort
Seasonal collaboration combines sustainable outdoor furnishings, wellness experiences, Southern-inspired hospitality and coastal living.
POLYWOOD has partnered with Draper James and LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, to introduce ‘Après Sea,’ a seasonal lifestyle experience that celebrates outdoor living, relaxation and coastal hospitality.
Running from July 25 through October 25, the activation transforms LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort into an immersive destination featuring the Draper James by POLYWOOD outdoor furniture collection alongside curated food and beverage offerings, wellness experiences and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces inspired by Southern hospitality.
According to Marina Serret, Area Director of Sales and Marketing at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, the collaboration reflects the resort’s focus on creating memorable guest experiences through welcoming spaces that encourage relaxation and connection after a day by the beach.
Outdoor Spaces Inspired by Coastal Living
The partnership introduces dedicated lifestyle spaces across the resort. The Gulf Lawn features Draper James by POLYWOOD furnishings, including the Savannah 3-Piece Rocking Chair Sets, Savannah 4-Piece Deep Seating Sets with Sofa, and Savannah Kids 5-Piece Dining Sets.
Guests can also enjoy a branded food and beverage service offering Southern-inspired dishes, signature beverages and family-friendly activities while overlooking the Gulf.
At the SpaTerre Veranda, the experience continues with hydrangea-inspired décor and additional Savannah seating collections. The space also highlights the Tea Forté x Draper James Lemon Sunshine tea collection, served as handcrafted iced tea during select hours.
Inside SpaTerre, guests can book a selection of Lemon Sunshine wellness treatments, including a facial, massage and soaking tub experience inspired by the tea’s citrus notes.
Sustainable Outdoor Furniture Collection
The Draper James by POLYWOOD collection combines Draper James’ signature Southern-inspired aesthetic with POLYWOOD’s sustainable manufacturing approach.
Backed by a 20-year lumber warranty, the collection is crafted from proprietary all-weather lumber featuring Solidcore™ durability and ClimateTuff™ materials. The furniture is engineered to resist fading, cracking, splintering, peeling and other weather-related wear while requiring minimal maintenance.
Available in 13 colours, three finishes, including the new Select™ lumber, and 42 performance fabric options, the collection spans dining furniture, deep seating, front porch seating, chaise lounges and children’s outdoor furniture.
Exclusive Resort Pop-Up
To mark the launch of the collaboration, Draper James is operating a seasonal pop-up shop at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, offering guests access to a curated selection of exclusive products created for the partnership.
