Print Sangam 2027 will take place in Bengaluru from 12–15 May 2027. The venue is the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). The event will bring together three major industry platforms: Digital Print Asia, the NAEP and GPEA Awards, and Bharat Print Expo.
The All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and ReEnvision Events Private Limited are collaborating on this initiative. Together, the three platforms will focus on industry knowledge, print quality and business growth.
Digital Print Asia Focuses on Business Growth
Digital Print Asia 2027 will open on 12 May. Its theme is “Mind Your Business… not just your Print!” The summit will focus on business strategy and industry changes.
It will encourage printers to look beyond machinery. Instead, they can explore better operations, smarter investments and new growth opportunities.
NAEP and GPEA Awards Recognise Print Excellence
The NAEP and GPEA Awards will take place on 13 May. These awards recognise quality, creativity and innovation in printing and packaging.
They also highlight the technical skills and craftsmanship behind outstanding printed products.
Bharat Print Expo Showcases Printing Technology
Bharat Print Expo 2027 will run from 13–15 May at BIEC. The exhibition will cover several printing and packaging segments.
Visitors can explore commercial printing, digital printing, labels and flexible packaging. The exhibition will also feature corrugation, textile printing, soft signage and print finishing.
In addition, visitors can meet technology suppliers, compare equipment and explore business opportunities.
One Event, Three Industry Platforms
Print Sangam 2027 will connect learning, recognition and technology under one initiative. It will bring together printers, converters, brand owners, print buyers and industry suppliers.
Through this collaboration, the organisers aim to encourage industry connections and support business development across India’s printing and packaging sector.
