PRS ME&A 2025 Teams Up with Circular Packaging Association to Drive Regional Vision for Circular Economy
In a strategic move to elevate circular packaging in the Middle East and Africa, the Plastic Recycling Show Middle East & Africa (PRS ME&A) has announced the Circular Packaging Association (CPA) as the Official Knowledge Partner for its third edition. The event is scheduled to take place from 15–17 September 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
This collaboration represents the union of two influential entities sharing a commitment to reshape the future of packaging across the MENA region. The core focus of this partnership is a unified mission: to accelerate the shift toward circular packaging ecosystems, foster innovation that reduces waste, and increase recycled content in line with national goals—most notably the UAE’s Circular Economy Policy 2031.
Championing Dialogue and Innovation
As a Knowledge Partner, CPA will play a pivotal role in shaping the PRS ME&A 2025 conference program. Their involvement will include presenting global case studies, facilitating multi-stakeholder conversations, and leveraging their member network of experts to drive scalable, region-specific circular packaging solutions.
“Circular Packaging Association has been instrumental in pushing the circular packaging conversation forward,” said Taher Patrawala, Managing Director, Media Fusion LLC. “Their involvement will add real value to PRS ME&A and its community of recyclers, technology providers, and manufacturers.”
Mohamed Eldabaa, Chairman of the Circular Packaging Association, added:
“This partnership is an important milestone, as it spotlights some of the most exciting packaging innovations driving circularity across the region. Through our collective experience and access to international best practices, CPA is proud to act as a knowledge-sharing platform—highlighting how countries around the world are embedding circular economy principles into packaging policy, design, and infrastructure. We look forward to working with PRS ME&A to accelerate the pace of collaboration and innovation across the MENA region.”
As demand for sustainable packaging continues to rise and regulatory landscapes evolve, PRS ME&A 2025 is expected to become the most influential edition to date. The show will serve as a crucial gathering point for leaders and decision-makers, uniting those committed to building a future-ready, circular packaging economy for the region.
