Raymond has appointed Shalini Singh as Head of Corporate Communications, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its transformation into a diversified conglomerate with independently listed businesses across lifestyle, real estate and engineering.
Based in Bengaluru, Shalini will lead Raymond’s corporate reputation strategy, overseeing external and internal communications, strategic communications, social media strategy, crisis management and financial communications.
Nearly Three Decades of Experience
Shalini brings nearly 30 years of experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, reputation management and integrated communications across leading Indian organisations.
Before joining Raymond, she served as an Independent Strategic Communications, Reputation and Sustainability Advisor for two years.
Earlier, she was Group Head – Brand & Communications at RPG Group, where she led communication strategies across multiple listed companies.
Her previous leadership roles also include:
- Head – Corporate Communications & Sustainability at Holcim India (ACC & Ambuja Cements)
- Chief – Corporate Communications, CSR & Sustainability at Tata Power & Renewables, where she spent over 16 years
- Communications roles at Accenture, Bharti Airtel, and The Arvind Mills
Academic Credentials
Shalini holds a Master’s degree in Communications & Extension from M.S. University, Baroda, graduating as a Gold Medalist.
She has also completed executive education programmes at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad, and is a Certified Independent Director registered with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
Her appointment comes as Raymond continues to strengthen its corporate leadership and communications capabilities to support its evolving business structure and long-term growth strategy.
