RE&UP, a circular technology company that transforms global textile waste into high-volume next-generation raw materials, has been officially certified as a B Corporation (B Corp™). The certification marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to transparent, accountable and responsible textile-to-textile manufacturing across the global value chain.

The achievement places RE&UP among a select group of manufacturing infrastructure providers that have been independently verified by B Lab for meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and corporate accountability.

Certification Reinforces Commitment to Circularity

RE&UP said the certification reflects its long-term focus on combining innovation with responsible manufacturing practices while supporting the transition toward a circular textile industry.

Commenting on the achievement, Ebru Özküçük Güler, Chief Sustainability Officer, RE&UP, said:

“Today marks an important milestone for RE&UP as we become a Certified B Corporation™. This certification reflects our commitment to building an infrastructure where innovation, circularity, and operational responsibility operate in unison. It recognizes not only what we do, transforming textile waste into high-purity resources, but also how we do it: with transparency, accountability, and a long-term vision. This achievement is a testament to our team’s collective effort, and we remain dedicated to driving systemic, meaningful change across the global value chain.”

Growing Demand for Verified Sustainability

The certification comes at a time when businesses are facing increasing regulatory expectations and consumer demand for responsible corporate practices.

According to recent B Lab research:

  • 90.7% of global consumers believe corporate directors should be accountable for environmental and social impacts.
  • 85% of consumers familiar with the B Corp™ certification say it directly influences their purchasing decisions.
  • The influence of the B Corp certification is particularly strong among consumers under the age of 40.

Textile-to-Textile Recycling Technology

RE&UP utilizes its proprietary textile-to-textile (T2T) recycling technology to convert textile waste into high-quality recycled materials for the global textile industry.

Its product portfolio includes:

  • Next-Gen Cotton fibres
  • Next-Gen Polyester chips

These materials are engineered to integrate into existing textile manufacturing processes, supporting large-scale adoption of recycled inputs while maintaining industrial production standards.

The company stated that its technology is designed to bridge the gap between commercial-scale manufacturing and verified corporate governance, enabling brands and manufacturers to advance circularity across global supply chains.

The B Corp certification further reinforces RE&UP’s position as a provider of next-generation textile recycling solutions that combine industrial-scale production with independently verified environmental and social responsibility.
