Roastery Coffee House has opened its first Bengaluru House in Banashankari II Stage. The new outlet is the brand’s 17th Coffee House across India.
The Bengaluru opening has special meaning for Roastery. The brand was founded in Hyderabad in 2017. However, nearly 99% of its coffee comes from Karnataka, mainly from the Chikmagalur region.
Roastery sources about 100 tonnes of green coffee each year. It works directly with more than 15 coffee estates and farmers. Its coffee programme includes more than 80 speciality-grade coffees, along with experimental processes and micro-lots.
From Chikmagalur to Bengaluru
Karnataka has played an important role in Roastery’s coffee programme. Coffee from Chikmagalur has travelled to the brand’s roastery and then to its Coffee Houses across India.
The new Bengaluru House brings the brand closer to the region that supplies most of its coffee. Founder and CEO Nishant Sinha described the opening as Roastery’s coffee coming home.
Indian-inspired Coffee House
The Bengaluru House covers about 4,000 sq. ft. and can seat around 80 guests. Its design combines modern interiors with Indian design elements.
The space draws subtle inspiration from Indian arches and traditional forms. Pastel colours, Kalamkari-inspired art and upholstery add a craft-led touch.
Coffee and Food Menu
The House offers Roastery’s popular coffee range, including Cranberry Coffee, Brownie Blend Cold Coffee and cappuccinos. Guests can also choose manual brews made with speciality Indian coffees.
The food menu includes sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, pastas and other café favourites. Coffee remains central to the overall Roastery experience.
Bengaluru Expansion Plans
Roastery plans to build a wider presence in Bengaluru. The company is exploring around five to seven Coffee Houses across the city over the next one to two years.
With its first Bengaluru House, Roastery brings its coffee closer to Karnataka’s coffee-growing region. The opening marks a new chapter for the Hyderabad-born coffee brand.
