RSWM Ltd. Joins ITMF as Corporate Member to Strengthen Global Textile Leadership

New Delhi, July 3, 2025 — RSWM Ltd., the flagship company of India’s LNJ Bhilwara Group and a prominent player in the textile sector, has officially joined the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) as a Corporate Member. This strategic move reinforces RSWM’s position in the global textile industry and highlights its commitment to collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.

RSWM Ltd. is renowned for manufacturing and exporting a wide range of synthetic, cotton, and blended spun yarns, as well as knitted and denim fabrics, supplying to over 70 countries worldwide. With 12 manufacturing facilities, the company annually produces an impressive portfolio that includes melange yarn, synthetic and cotton yarn, denim, and knits. It also maintains a strong focus on sustainability by recycling over 183 crore PET bottles annually, saving 233,500 kiloliters of water, and reducing 8 lakh tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year.

Welcoming RSWM into the federation, Mr. K.V. Srinivasan, President of ITMF, stated that RSWM’s integrated operations and deep industry knowledge will enrich ITMF’s global discussions and collaborative efforts. The membership will provide RSWM access to ITMF’s valuable services including market reports, webinars, and high-level networking opportunities.
