With more than a century of expertise, RUDOLF continues to shape the future of technical textiles through advanced, functional, and sustainable innovations. Established in 1922, the company has grown into a globally trusted technology partner, consistently driving progress in textile auxiliaries, textile care, and construction chemicals.

At Techtextil 2026, scheduled from April 21–24, 2026, at Messe Frankfurt, RUDOLF will showcase its latest portfolio of high-performance textile solutions designed to meet the evolving demands of modern applications.

Functional Finishes for Advanced Applications

A key highlight is FERAN® SRC, an innovative soil-release finish engineered for cellulose-based textiles. This solution forms a durable protective layer that significantly enhances stain removal efficiency for oil, grease, and pigment-based contaminants. It ensures textiles remain cleaner for longer while maintaining fabric integrity, even after repeated washing cycles. Additionally, it enhances wearer comfort by preserving a permanently hydrophilic surface without compromising the fabric’s natural feel.

Another breakthrough is RUCO-THERM® PCM BIO MFT, a bio-based thermal regulation finish that improves temperature management in textiles. This solution supports the development of climate-responsive fabrics, aligning performance enhancement with environmentally responsible material choices—an increasingly important factor in technical textile innovation.

RUDOLF also introduces RUCO-BAC® ROX, developed in collaboration with Heraeus Precious Metals. Unlike conventional silver-based antimicrobial technologies, this advanced solution utilizes a catalytic process that converts oxygen into reactive oxygen species under ambient moisture conditions. These reactive elements effectively neutralize odor-causing microorganisms and residues. Thanks to its cyclic redox mechanism, the system regenerates continuously, ensuring long-lasting and sustainable antimicrobial performance.

Expanding its functional portfolio further, RUDOLF presents RUCO®-LUB BMN, a biodegradable sewability finish designed to improve fabric processing. It reduces friction during sewing, enhances surface smoothness, and prevents defects such as thread breakage or fabric damage. At the same time, it delivers a soft hand feel, preserves fabric strength, and extends product durability by minimizing wear.

Driving Industry Collaboration and Innovation

At Techtextil 2026, RUDOLF aims to foster meaningful discussions with industry stakeholders, customers, and partners on emerging trends, technological advancements, and sustainable strategies across the textile value chain. Visitors can explore these innovations at Hall 9.0, Booth E40, gaining insights into next-generation textile applications.
