Saya Group Teams Up with Lemon Tree Hotels to Launch BIZTOP Business Suites in Greater Noida West
On June 23, 2025, Saya Group announced a landmark partnership with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 336 fully-serviced BIZTOP Business Class Suites at Saya SouthX, its flagship commercial project in Greater Noida West.
This collaboration signifies a powerful convergence of Saya Group’s premium real estate infrastructure and Lemon Tree’s operational expertise in the hospitality sector. Each BIZTOP suite spans an average of 668 sq. ft., combining smart design with professional service to cater to the modern needs of business travellers, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
Located between the 7th and 25th floors of Saya SouthX, the suites will be managed by Lemon Tree under the BIZTOP brand, offering a seamless blend of comfort, connectivity, and efficiency. This development is poised to elevate the concept of business accommodation in Greater Noida West—bringing hospitality and workspace innovation under one roof.
Saya SouthX is a 3-acre mixed-use commercial hub that includes high-street retail outlets, food courts, fine dining, a multiplex, banquet halls, a gym, and an infinity pool. The addition of these business suites is expected to further boost daily footfall to over 50,000 visitors, catering to a local catchment of more than 500,000 residents.
