Danube Properties has launched Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City. The project marks the next phase of the company’s partnership with Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
The launch follows the success of Shahrukhz by Danube, a commercial tower that sold out on its launch day. The new residential development offers fully furnished apartments starting at AED 1.65 million.
Gauri Khan Designs the Penthouses
Interior designer Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, has designed the project’s penthouses. Her design work adds a distinct interior concept to the residential development.
The tower will offer views of the sea and Dubai skyline. Danube Properties has also announced a flexible payment plan, with 30% payable during construction and 70% upon handover.
More Than 40 Lifestyle Amenities
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube will feature more than 40 lifestyle amenities. These include a Longevity Lounge with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red-light therapy and an infrared sauna.
The development will also include aqua-themed play areas, sports facilities, a children’s daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, and a rooftop King’s Club. Residents will also have access to a private yacht.
