Signature Global has retained its A+ credit rating with a Stable outlook, reaffirmed by CareEdge Ratings. The rating covers the company’s long-term bank facilities and non-convertible debentures.
CareEdge said the rating reflects Signature Global’s experience in real estate and its established project track record. The group has developed more than 157 lakh square feet of residential and commercial real estate.
The company also has a sizeable development pipeline. It has 45 ongoing projects with more than 320 lakh square feet of saleable area. As of June 2026, about 78% of the saleable area had been sold.
Signature Global had liquidity of more than ₹2,500 crore as of June 30, 2026. This included RERA and escrow balances of around ₹1,700 crore. CareEdge also noted the company’s committed receivables of more than ₹19,600 crore.
However, CareEdge highlighted moderation in sales and collections during FY26 and Q1FY27. Sales bookings declined to around ₹8,247 crore in FY26 from ₹10,290 crore in FY25. Collections also fell to ₹4,022 crore from ₹4,380 crore.
The rating agency said timely project execution, sales momentum and collections will remain important factors. It also noted the group’s concentration in Gurugram, Sohna and Manesar markets.
Signature Global plans to develop an additional 170 lakh square feet in the medium term. CareEdge said execution and funding requirements will remain key areas to monitor.
