Signature Global has awarded a ₹496 crore construction contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons for Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram. The luxury project will feature 812 homes across five towers.
Signature Global has appointed B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited (BLK) to construct Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram. The construction contract is worth approximately ₹496 crore.
The company announced the contract on October 30, 2026. The project covers 12.40 acres in Sector 71, along the Southern Peripheral Road.
BLK to Construct Five Residential Towers
BLK will handle the main construction work. This includes civil and structural work up to plaster level. The contract also covers part of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work.
The project will feature five residential towers. Four towers will have three basement levels and 41 floors each.
The fifth tower will include three basements, a ground floor and 39 upper floors. In addition, BLK will construct the commercial and ancillary buildings.
The company expects the construction work to take five to six years.

Tonino Lamborghini Residences to Offer 812 Homes
The project will offer 812 premium homes across five towers. It follows a low-density design with four homes per core. This layout aims to provide greater privacy and comfort.
The development also marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market. It brings the brand’s Italian design heritage and Total Living philosophy to the Indian housing sector.
Meanwhile, Phase 1 has sold out completely. Signature Global has also launched Phase 2.
SG SPR Estate Connects Key Business Locations
Signature Global is developing Tonino Lamborghini Residences as part of SG SPR Estate in Sector 71, Gurugram.
The larger development includes a 25-acre Commercial Business District. Signature Global is developing this business district with RMZ Corporation.
The location also provides connectivity to major roads and destinations. These include Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Golf Course Road and IGI Airport.
International Team Leads Design
Angela Krieger, Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director, guides the project.
The design team includes leading international and Indian firms. Handel Architects of New York serves as the principal architect. Bose Brothers Architects handles the executive architecture, while Carlos Rossi leads the interior design.
The team has created a ‘Vertical Village’ concept for the development. Its design includes a continuous green ‘Social Ribbon’ and a members-only clubhouse.
The project also holds an IGBC Platinum rating. This represents India’s highest benchmark for green buildings.
With BLK as its construction partner, Signature Global is moving ahead with the project. The development combines Italian design heritage with premium residential living.
