Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has awarded construction contracts worth INR 920 crore for its premium housing development ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’, located in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
The contracts have been awarded equally to KEC International Limited (KEC) and NCC Limited, with each company receiving a contract worth INR 460 crore.
Under the contracts, KEC International Limited will construct 6 residential towers, while NCC Limited will construct 5 residential towers. Both construction assignments are scheduled for completion within 36 months.
Together, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units and cover a development area of approximately 5 million sq. ft. Construction work is expected to commence by the end of the third quarter of FY27.

‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’ is located on Dwarka Expressway, with connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, Cyber City and other key commercial and social hubs. The project is part of the integrated DXP Estate ecosystem.
Spread across 13.55 acres, the development comprises 3 and 4 BHK residences designed around a wellness-first approach.
The project is described as a Vastu-conscious and IGBC Platinum-certified development. Its planning incorporates the five elements of nature, with features including tower orientation, apartment layouts, landscaped open spaces, natural light and cross-ventilation.
The development also includes amenities based on a wellness-first philosophy focused on physical, mental and emotional well-being.
