Signature Global has retained its A+ credit rating with a Stable outlook, reaffirmed by CareEdge Ratings. The real estate developer also has a development pipeline of about 170 lakh sq ft across Gurugram, Sohna and Manesar.
CareEdge highlighted Signature Global’s receivables of more than ₹19,600 crore. These receivables are expected to support project completion and debt obligations.
The company currently has 45 projects under development. Together, these projects cover more than 320 lakh sq ft. Nearly four-fifths of the development area has already been sold.
Signature Global has also increased project launches during the current fiscal year. These include a Tonino Lamborghini-branded residential project in Gurugram. The company is also developing an office project through its partnership with RMZ.
As of June 30, 2026, Signature Global had ₹2,522 crore in cash and cash equivalents. Around ₹1,700 crore was held in RERA and escrow accounts.
CareEdge expects customer collections to fund a significant share of the remaining construction costs. This could reduce the company’s reliance on external borrowing.
The rating agency also expects healthy sales and collections from ongoing projects. It cited Signature Global’s regional presence, execution track record and contractor relationships as factors supporting the Stable outlook.
