Signature Global Projects 21.5% Growth in FY26 Sales Bookings Amid Strong Housing Demand
Gurugram-based real estate company Signature Global has set an ambitious target of achieving ₹12,500 crore in sales bookings for the financial year 2025-26, marking a 21.5% increase compared to the previous year. The company aims to sustain a 20% annual growth rate over the long term by capitalizing on the robust housing demand and launching multiple new projects.
In FY25, Signature Global reported an impressive 42% surge in sales bookings, reaching a record ₹10,290 crore. Additionally, the company posted a 48% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for Q4 FY25, amounting to ₹61.12 crore. However, the total income for the quarter declined to ₹570.43 crore from ₹722.73 crore during the same period last year.
For the entire FY24-25 fiscal year, Signature Global’s net profit soared to ₹101.2 crore, a significant jump from ₹16.32 crore in FY23-24. Meanwhile, its total income nearly doubled, climbing to ₹2,637.99 crore from ₹1,324.55 crore.
Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal attributed the success to the company’s focus on the premium and mid-income residential segments and its strategic market foresight. He expressed optimism for continued double-digit growth in the coming years, underpinned by the resilience of India’s residential real estate sector.
Signature Global has delivered 13.5 million sq. ft. of residential projects to date and maintains a robust development pipeline of 21.6 million sq. ft. in upcoming ventures. The company also has 46.38 million sq. ft. of ongoing projects, scheduled for completion within the next two to three years.
