Signature Global has partnered with Tonino Lamborghini to introduce the Italian luxury brand’s first branded residential project in India, marking its entry into the country’s premium real estate segment. The collaboration was officially unveiled at an industry event in New Delhi, bringing together leaders from both organisations to showcase the vision behind the upcoming development in Gurugram.
The partnership combines Signature Global’s real estate development expertise with Tonino Lamborghini’s Italian design philosophy, which is recognised for its focus on craftsmanship, bold aesthetics and luxury living.
The project will be developed on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram, and will comprise 812 premium residences in 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations. The development is designed to cater to homebuyers seeking branded residences that combine premium architecture with lifestyle-oriented amenities.
The launch event was attended by senior leadership from Signature Global, including Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman; Lalit Aggarwal, Co-founder & Vice Chairman; Devender Aggarwal, Co-founder & Joint Managing Director; Ravi Aggarwal, Co-founder & Managing Director; along with Directors Nikhil Aggarwal, Garvit Aggarwal, Nidhi Aggarwal, and Shivansh Aggarwal.

The residential project will be developed around Tonino Lamborghini’s “Total Living” philosophy, which integrates architecture, interiors and lifestyle experiences into a unified living environment. Planned amenities include grand entrance experiences, curated clubhouse facilities, gourmet dining spaces, wellness and fitness centres, and landscaped green areas designed to enhance everyday living.
Located in one of Gurugram’s fastest-growing residential corridors, Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) has emerged as a preferred destination for premium housing due to its connectivity and expanding infrastructure.
