French music merchandising specialist SNA GZ has expanded its textile production capacity with the installation of Kornit Digital’s Atlas MAX PLUS digital textile printing technology.
The investment supports growing demand for music merchandise, e-commerce fulfillment, and print-on-demand services across France and Europe. According to Kornit Digital, the new technology will increase SNA GZ’s textile production capacity by 150%, or 2.5 times.
Supporting On-Demand Merchandise Production
SNA GZ is part of GZ Media, a Czech-based company known for vinyl record manufacturing. The French business provides production and fulfillment services for record labels, artists, brands, and entertainment companies.
Its services include merchandise production, textile printing, e-commerce logistics, and fulfillment. As a result, the company can manage several stages of the merchandise supply chain under one roof.
The growing use of pre-orders and on-demand production is also changing merchandise manufacturing. SNA GZ selected digital textile printing to support faster production and more flexible order volumes.
According to Clément Baumelou, Managing Director at SNA GZ, digital printing helps reduce setup requirements and removes minimum order quantities. The company said the Kornit investment will further support agile production and integrated e-commerce fulfillment.
Kornit Technology Supports Production Growth
SNA GZ selected the Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS for several production and commercial features. Its integrated pretreatment process can simplify production workflows and reduce operational complexity.
The company also highlighted Kornit’s All-Inclusive Click (AIC) commercial model. The model is designed to support production scaling while reducing the need for significant upfront capital investment and improving cost predictability.
In addition, the Atlas MAX PLUS offers expanded colour capabilities. Its CMYK plus Red and Green ink configuration provides a broader colour gamut. This allows SNA GZ to move selected jobs from traditional screen printing to digital production.
Future Expansion into Polyester
SNA GZ also plans to expand its digital production capabilities in the future. The company expects to upgrade to Kornit Atlas MATRIX technology for polyester applications.
This could support additional opportunities in music merchandise, jerseys, and other textile products.
Guy Yaniv, President of Kornit Digital Europe, said the SNA GZ investment reflects the growing connection between entertainment commerce, print-on-demand, e-commerce fulfillment, and digital textile manufacturing.
The new installation therefore strengthens SNA GZ’s production capacity while supporting its wider strategy for on-demand textile and merchandise production across Europe.
