Saya Group is set to bring Sunburn Nightclub to Greater Noida West. The new venue will span 20,000 sq. ft. at Saya SouthX.
The launch will mark Sunburn’s NCR debut. Sunburn is one of India’s recognised music and entertainment brands. The new venue is expected to add to the region’s growing nightlife and lifestyle market.
Sunburn Expands to Greater Noida West
Sunburn Beach Club is located on Ozran Beach Road in Vagator, North Goa. It is a permanent lifestyle and entertainment destination created by the team behind Sunburn Festival.
Sunburn has a presence across Goa, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. The brand is owned by Percept India, an entertainment and experiential marketing company.
The upcoming Sunburn venue at Saya SouthX will target young professionals, families and the growing residential population in Greater Noida West and nearby areas.
Saya SouthX Plans Wider Retail Expansion
The Sunburn launch is part of Saya SouthX’s wider retail and entertainment strategy. The project will soon add more anchor brands, a hypermarket and other retail names.
These additions will cover more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. of space. The development is planned as a destination for retail, dining, entertainment and lifestyle activities.

Greater Noida West Offers a Large Catchment
Saya SouthX is located in Greater Noida West and has a three-side open frontage. The project also offers large-scale parking and connectivity to a major residential catchment.
More than 5 lakh residents live within a 3 km radius of the project. This gives the development access to a large local consumer base.
Retail, Dining and Hospitality Destination
Saya SouthX is being developed as a high-street destination. It will combine premium retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality.
The project will also feature 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites. These suites are proposed to be managed and operated by a renowned hotel chain.
With new entertainment and retail brands, Saya SouthX aims to become a destination for shopping, dining, socialising and entertainment in Greater Noida West.
