Surya, a leading whole-home furnishings brand, is stepping into a new category with the launch of its first-ever outdoor furniture collection, unveiled at the Spring 2025 High Point Market.

This milestone marks a strategic expansion that aligns with Surya’s dedication to enhancing contemporary lifestyles. According to Satya Tiwari, President of Surya, the outdoor collection is designed not just for visual appeal but to withstand the rigors of everyday use—offering the same elevated craftsmanship and thoughtful design that Surya is known for indoors.

The new outdoor line is the result of collaboration with seasoned professionals in outdoor furniture design, engineering, and manufacturing. The debut includes over 60 pieces, ranging from lounge chairs and sectionals to dining sets and fire tables, allowing consumers to create cohesive and stylish outdoor environments.

A highlight of the launch is a 33-piece capsule collection co-created with designer Ashley Childers, showcasing refined forms and elegant aesthetics that balance beauty with durability.

Surya emphasizes both quality and environmental responsibility in this new venture. Signature touches such as a five-step aluminum finishing process, handwoven detailing on the Porta collection, and French-inspired curves in the Antibes line underscore the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship.

Materials were thoughtfully selected for sustainability. The collection features responsibly sourced Brazilian teak, recyclable aluminum, and eco-conscious manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact.
