Tag has been named the 2026 Manufacturer of the Year at the 75th annual Retailer Excellence Awards, recognising its contribution to the gift and home décor industry. The awards were presented during a gala held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, where retailers, manufacturers, sales representatives, and industry leaders gathered to celebrate excellence across the sector.
Organised by Gifts & Decorative Accessories, the annual awards programme selects leading manufacturers through online reader nominations and voting, followed by a final evaluation by the awards panel.
Tag emerged as the winner after competing alongside nine other finalists:

Alongside the Manufacturer of the Year honour, the publication presented its Diamond Manufacturer Awards to Kurt Adler, Mary Meyer, and Mud Pie, recognising their long-standing contributions and influence within the industry. Each recipient received a commemorative frame by Olivia Riegel.
The evening also recognised winners across eight retail award categories and five regional Sales Representative of the Year awards. The programme concluded by honouring Peter Schauben with the 2026 Gift for Life Industry Achievement Award.
