TEXTILCOLOR AG, a global leader in innovative textile chemistry, has officially acquired the application patents for Pyroshell™ technology from Schoeller Textil AG, also headquartered in Sevelen.

TEXTILCOLOR already produces the chemical components integral to Pyroshell™, and with this acquisition, it now takes ownership of the application technology as well. This strategic move not only strengthens TEXTILCOLOR’s market position internationally but also expands the accessibility of Pyroshell™ to a broader customer base in functional and protective textiles.

Pyroshell™ is a revolutionary, patented technology that delivers permanent flame resistance for polyester and polyamide fabrics.
