With its 16th edition, which will take place at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) from December 3rd to 6th, 2024, the bi-annual trade fair for home textiles, home décor, home furniture, houseware, and presents is making its debut appearance in South India.
In Bengaluru, HGH India, a reputable biannual trade fair for home textiles, home décor, furniture, houseware, and gifts, is holding its 16th edition, marking its first foray into South India. The Bangalore International Exhibition Centre will host the show from December 3rd to December 6th, 2024.
“This year’s hosting of the 16th edition in Bengaluru is a deliberate choice,” stated Arun Roongta, Managing Director, HGH India. South India, which accounts for 20% of the nation’s population and 35% of its GDP, is becoming a major center for the manufacturing and service sectors, including information technology. Its purchasing power is far higher than that of the five North Indian states, as its per capita income is almost 50% more. South India is one of the most promising and untapped markets for home goods as a result. Compared to other regions of India, these states are seeing a quicker growth in demand for home textiles, home décor, furniture, houseware, and gifts.
