The Sleep Company has partnered with Unicommerce. The partnership will help the company manage its growing e-commerce operations.

The Sleep Company sells mattresses, chairs, recliners, sofas, pillows and other comfort products. It is also known for its patented SmartGRID technology.

The company is growing across online and offline channels. This growth has increased its order volumes. It has also increased the need for better inventory control.

To manage these needs, The Sleep Company has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware platform.

Uniware will help manage orders and inventory from one system. It will connect the company’s website with leading online marketplaces.

The platform will also support warehouse operations. It will help the company process and fulfil customer orders.

The solution includes support for multipart shipments. Large orders can be sent in more than one package when needed. This can help simplify the handling of bulky or multi-item orders.

The implementation also includes customised finance reports. Unicommerce will soon add intelligent courier selection features.

Priyanka Salot, Co-Founder, The Sleep Company, said the company wants to maintain a strong customer experience as it grows.

She said the Unicommerce platform will provide the flexibility and scale needed to support this growth.

Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO, Unicommerce, said the company is pleased to work with The Sleep Company.

He said the platform will support its current e-commerce operations. It will also help the company manage future growth.

The partnership will help The Sleep Company manage orders, inventory and fulfilment as its e-commerce business expands.
