Trident Group has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the first time, with 95% of its employees describing the company as a great workplace, according to the organisation’s employee feedback survey.
The certification, announced on 1 July 2026, recognises the home textile manufacturer’s workplace culture based entirely on employee responses. The 95% trust score is significantly higher than the national average.
Great Place to Work® is an international authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership practices that support business performance, employee retention, and innovation.
Pooja Luthra, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Trident Group India, said the recognition reflects the company’s long-standing focus on employee wellbeing and that the employee trust score demonstrates a workplace where trust and performance go hand in hand.
Over the years, Trident Group has expanded its employee benefits through initiatives such as menstrual leave, paternity leave, adoption assistance, flexible short leaves, health and life insurance, regular health check-ups, and lifestyle benefits covering travel, shopping, dining, and rentals.
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work, noted that the certification is based solely on real-time employee feedback and recognises organisations that consistently provide a positive workplace experience.
According to Great Place to Work research, employees at certified organisations are more likely to have positive workplace experiences, perceive fair opportunities for growth, and feel fairly rewarded for their contributions.
