With the help of the Indian government’s Ministry of Textiles, Trident Group won in several important categories, such as Best Employer Manufacturing, Best HR Practice, Excellence in Campus Hiring and Recruitment, and Workforce Diversity.
At a recent ceremony in Noida, Union Minister of Textiles Giriraj Singh presented the prizes and praised Trident Group for its leadership in promoting HR innovation and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.

The local economy is greatly impacted by Trident’s ongoing expansion. The company intends to invest an additional ₹3,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh, increasing its workforce from 12,000 to over 15,000 and generating 3,000 new employment.
