India, January 2025: One of the biggest vertically integrated manufacturers of textiles (yarn, bath, and bed linen), paper (made from wheat straw), and chemicals, Trident Limited, released its financial results for the quarter that concluded on December 31, 2024.
Financial Highlights:
Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter ending December 2024 was INR 78 Cr., with total standalone income for Q3FY25 being INR 1678 Cr. and earnings before interest, depreciation, tax, and amortization (EBIDTA) being INR 225 Cr.

Business Performance:
Yarn and home textiles’ Q3 FY25 standalone revenues were likewise modest at INR 841 Cr and INR 938 Cr, respectively, while the chemical and paper industries saw a slight increase to INR 258 Cr.
Other Developments During the Quarter:
Trident has ventured into a Renewable Energy Project to have 60% of a plant’s power provided by renewable energy sources and has proposed to put up solar and wind energy plants at Budhni unit in Madhya Pradesh as part of its efforts to make sustainability a top priority.
Although the agreement’s specifics are still being finalized, the project’s goal is to drastically lower Budhni’s carbon footprint in accordance with the goals of the Renewal Energy Project and to realize the vision of a Viksit Bharat while rigorously following sustainable practices.
In an effort to maintain its position as a leader in environmentally responsible production, Trident Group demonstrated its sustainable textile technologies at Heimtextil. In order to encourage neighborhood development, the corporation started the Karamyogi Recruitment Drive, which aimed to hire 3,000 talented workers.
