Engineered for professional-grade sealing, TYPAR® Liquid Flashing is a gun-grade, flexible, and paintable product that requires no primer and performs across a wide temperature range. Its robust formulation is solvent- and isocyanate-free, mildew-resistant, and offers excellent bonding to materials like concrete, glass, PVC, plywood, OSB, and metal.
Ideal for windows, joints, and building envelopes, the product cures within 48–72 hours, allowing fast progression of construction timelines while maintaining airtight and watertight integrity. It is backed by TYPAR’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, offering builders and developers peace of mind.
