Wayfair Inc. is bringing its Black Friday event to summer with a five-day sale running from July 23-27, offering savings across home categories and additional promotions for shoppers.

The Boston-based home retailer will offer discounts across its website, with early deals on products including sofas, area rugs and dining tables. Surprise 24-hour flash deals will also be introduced throughout the event, alongside markdowns on thousands of Wayfair Verified products reviewed by the company’s product specialists.

“We are excited to bring Black Friday savings to the summer, offering our customers some of our most significant deals of the entire year,” said Jon Blotner, president of commercial and operations at Wayfair. “This event pairs incredible value with a great selection, making it easy and affordable for everyone to refresh their homes and businesses just in time for the busy fall season and return to school.”

Wayfair Rewards Members and app users will receive access to early deals beginning July 20. Limited-quantity doorbusters featuring top brands will be available from July 23.

The five-day event will also include free shipping sitewide, with many products eligible for free white glove delivery. Wayfair Professional members will have access to Pro-only deals on thousands of products during the sale.

Wayfair will also offer exclusive in-store promotions from July 23, along with family-friendly activities, raffles and giveaways at its stores in Chicago, Atlanta and Columbus. Similar in-store offers will be available at all AllModern, Birch Lane and Joss & Main locations.
