Wayfair is introducing Wayfair Rewards, a new subscription-based program, to all of its retail brands.

Subscribers to Wayfair Rewards will pay $29 annually, and they will receive 5% back in rewards when they shop at Wayfair, AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main, and Perigold. As long as clients maintain their subscription membership, the incentives are perpetual.

In addition, subscribers receive priority customer assistance through a dedicated phone line, free shipping on all orders, early access to key sales events like Way Day, unique member-only sales, and other benefits like a birthday promotion. Rewards and shipping are subject to certain limitations.

In 2020, Wayfair shut down its former rewards program. Current cardholders are automatically registered in the new program at no cost, which replaces the current credit card rewards program. When using their cards from the Wayfair family of businesses, cardholders can get rewards of 7%.

Chief commercial officer Jon Blotner stated, “We created Wayfair Rewards to give our customers exceptional value with significant benefits that they can experience right away.” “Whether you’re starting a renovation or simply searching for a new kitchen appliance or throw pillow, our extensive catalog and our recently launched rewards program guarantee members receive outstanding discounts each and every time they shop.”

The business claims that a fee-based model offers more individualized care and better value. Additionally, it enables the business to make investments in features that improve the entire purchasing experience.
