Ventive Hospitality Ltd has launched YA:LA, a new Levantine restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. The launch expands the company’s luxury food and beverage portfolio with a dining concept inspired by the culinary traditions and culture of the Levant.
The restaurant features a contemporary design influenced by the region’s earthy colours and craft traditions. Its interiors aim to create a setting for social dining and shared experiences.
Lebanese Head Chef Mohamad Hammady leads the kitchen at YA:LA. The menu draws on traditional Levantine flavours and cooking techniques while exploring influences from neighbouring regions. It combines familiar preparations with contemporary interpretations, with an emphasis on dishes designed for sharing.
The restaurant also introduces a Mediterranean-inspired cocktail programme. Its drinks feature herbs, citrus and spices, alongside distinctive flavour combinations.
