Cash-strapped buyers and eco-conscious consumers are the two segments that Greenland Home Fashions is targeting with new features that complement its characteristic seasonal styles for Christmas and holidays.

In contrast to the company’s main quilt programs, Greenland is launching jacquard woven matelassé coverlet styles for the first time, which require more expensive retail pricing points.

VP of sales and marketing Spencer Rogers said, “These have the advantage of being lower in cost, so they appeal to customers on tighter budgets.” “These matelassés are much less expensive than matelassés made of Portuguese linen, and we have reversible patterns with complementary colors on the face and back for several of our patterns.”

The Marina, which is beach-themed, and the Peppermint Party, which is holiday-themed, are two examples.

“We offer a variety of patterns to suit any style preference—be it traditional, modern, or coastal,” he continued.

Building on its success in obtaining Oeko-Tex certification for a large number of its products, Greenland has created a new line of stylish bedding and home décor items produced from an unusual assortment of surplus and excess fabrics.

Sandra Yang, Marketing Manager, said, “We’re exploring a new area of up-cycling remnant fabrics to help the environment for the eco-conscious generation.”

Known as “Renée” after the French word for “reborn,” this line of upcycled clothing includes throw blankets, pillow shams, and eco-friendly quilts that are all unique and made from a variety of recycled fabric scraps, “with no exact match anywhere on the planet,” the designer said.

Yang stated, “We have given these remnant clippings new life and purpose and passed the savings along to our customers instead of throwing them away and adding them to landfills.” “We reduce pollution in our environment by diverting our factory excess from the waste stream through the purchase of these limited-edition, authentic patchwork articles.”

Greenland is “going big” with numerous new novelty styles within its main collection of Christmas and holiday bedding and accessories. These looks are available in quilt sets, pillow sham separates, and throws, the latter of which may also be utilized as wall hangings akin to tapestries.

With rows of gingerbread houses, dancing gingerbread men, frosted Christmas trees, icing-covered snowflake cookies, ruby red hearts, and peppermint candies, the new Gingerbread Lane design provides a festive environment. Imaginative Willow has forest animals wearing Santa hats. Cardinal Plaid depicts a picture-perfect landscape of a snow-covered forest with majestic red cardinals, reminiscent of a winter paradise.

This holiday season, the well-liked Christmas Tree blanket is returning after selling out the previous year. It will also be offered as a quilt set.

Since Greenalnd manages all of its own fulfillment, all of its products are kept in stock at its warehouse in Chino, California, and are ready for rapid distribution. With virtual appointments, the organization is taking part in the New York Home Fashions Market.
