Ross Stores Inc. has expanded the reach of both its Ross and dd’s Discounts chains with the completion of its final list of store openings for the fiscal year.
The discount company has established four DD’s and forty-three Ross Dress for Less locations in twenty-two states. With the grand openings of the new stores in September and October, the firm now has 2,192 outlets across 43 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.
This year, Ross introduced 89 new places.
Both new and established markets were included in the fall openings. throughout addition to expanding throughout the sunbelt states, Ross Dress for Less opened new stores in Minnesota, New York, and Pennsylvania. California, Florida, New Mexico, and Texas saw an increase in the number of DDD’s stores.
Richard Lietz, EVP of property development, stated, “We are still confident in our expansion plans and see plenty of opportunity to grow to at least 2,900 Ross Dress for Less and 700 dd’s Discounts locations over time.”
