Their knowledge and experience are essential to ensuring that Circulose has a secure and prosperous future. Clara Zverina, Principal at Altor, stated, “They will be a great addition to Magnus, who has done an excellent job navigating Circulose through an intense year as interim CEO and will continue to lead operations going forward.”

Helena Helmersson, who most recently served as CEO of H&M Group, brings a wealth of experience from the fashion sector and is a leader in sustainability to Circulose.

“I’m excited to join Circulose and serve as Chair to help the organization. Our team is full of talented individuals that are prepared to accomplish our ambitious mission. I’m happy to be collaborating with Altor; their industrial background and ability to assist businesses in growing will be beneficial to our collaboration. For me and the future, cellulose seems like a perfect fit, and I’m excited to contribute my many years of fashion industry knowledge. remarked Circulose Chair Helena Helmersson.

As a partner at McKinsey & Company, Jonatan Janmark brings extensive knowledge from the consumer and textile industries to his job as CEO of Circulose.

I’ve had the good pleasure to spend the last several years working with both textile manufacturers and brands to guide businesses through the sustainability shift in the clothing and textile sector. I jumped at the chance to join Circulose as soon as it presented itself. Now that we have a solid staff, we will concentrate on bolstering Circulose in order to facilitate the essential transition from a linear to a circular textile sector. We are totally dedicated to completing the transformation, even though we are aware of the numerous obstacles that lie ahead and that it won’t happen right away,” stated Jonatan Janmark, CEO of Circulose.
