Boston — The Wayfair portfolio’s luxury home brand, Perigold, intends to advance the launch of its physical presence by opening a store in Houston’s Highland Village in the spring of 2025.
This site will open prior to the previously announced opening of a two-story, 30,000-square-foot showroom in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the fall of 2025.
Rebecca Ginns, global head of Perigold, said, “We are excited to announce the opening of our Houston storefront, further expanding Perigold’s presence in a market where we know there is a strong appetite for design and a lot of culture.” “Our very first store will be in Houston.”
Products from every home category, including furniture, décor, lighting, kitchenware, bathroom, and tiling, will be available in the showroom, which is around 20,000 square feet in size. The brand and designer shops, which include designs and styles curated by nationally and regionally renowned design partners including Marie Flanigan, Jessica Davis, Evan Millard, and Julie Neill, will be a unifying theme throughout the Perigold locations.
“I’m thrilled to see Perigold open a physical location, and Houston is the ideal location for it,” said Flanigan, a Houston designer and longtime Perigold partner. There are amazing designers, craftspeople, and design fans in this fourth-largest city in the nation, and they will be overjoyed to see these high-end businesses in person.
Wayfair has been steadily expanding its portfolio of physical stores, including locations under the Joss & Main, Birch Lane, and AllModern nameplates, as well as its flagship store in suburban Chicago, which debuted in May.
