The certification is based on direct employee feedback and reflects employee participation levels of close to 90% across the surveyed locations. According to the company, the recognition underscores its focus on workplace culture, employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration and empowerment.
PDS Receives Workplace Culture Recognition in 10 Markets
PDS announced that it has secured Great Place to Work® certification across its operations in India, Hong Kong, Germany, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, UK, Turkiye, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
The certification is awarded based on employee feedback and follows participation from close to 90% of employees across the surveyed countries. The company stated that the results indicate strong levels of engagement, trust and confidence among employees regarding the workplace environment.
