Porro Showcases 2026 Furniture Collection at Salone del Mobile Milan
The Italian design brand expands its portfolio with new collaborations, sculptural furniture, and contract-focused innovations.
Italian furniture brand Porro introduced its 2026 Collection during Salone del Mobile Milan, presenting a series of new furniture designs that continue the company’s evolution following the celebration of its 100th anniversary last year.
The latest collection reflects Porro’s ongoing focus on design research, craftsmanship, and international creative collaborations while reinforcing its presence in both residential and contract interior projects. The company continues its long-standing partnership with Piero Lissoni, who has served as Porro’s Art Director for the past three decades, alongside renewed collaborations with Nao Tamura and Dordoni Studio. The 2026 collection also marks the debut collaboration with the internationally recognized design studio Yabu Pushelberg.
New Designs Expand the Collection
Leading the introductions is the Ryo Bookcase, designed by Nao Tamura. Created from a single folded sheet of solid aluminum, the bookcase combines sculptural aesthetics with functional design while preserving the natural texture of the material through a nearly invisible protective finish.
Another highlight is the Arnaldo Armchair by Yabu Pushelberg, featuring a suspended seat positioned between the armrests and backrest to create a balanced and enveloping form.
The collection also introduces the Hita Lounge Chair, inspired by furniture from the 1950s and 1960s, supported by an asymmetrical swiveling wooden conical base. Complementing the seating range is the Twin Low Table, crafted in bruno-stained ash wood with a recessed tabletop available in travertine or mirror finishes.
Residential and Contract Applications
Porro’s new collection extends beyond residential interiors with products designed for hospitality, retail, workplace, and large-scale contract projects.
The Biscuit Armchair combines solid ash wood panels with geometric upholstered cushions available in leather or fabric, while the Brezza Chair is presented in black-stained ash, reflecting the brand’s minimalist design language.
The Share Coffee Table incorporates a removable solid wood base that also functions as a serving tray, offering flexibility for contemporary living spaces. Completing the collection is the Guitair Coffee Table, featuring layered compositions with rounded and teardrop-shaped solid ash tops supported by concrete bases.
Expanding Global Design Vision
With the 2026 collection, Porro continues to strengthen its presence across international residential and contract markets through modular furniture systems, bespoke manufacturing capabilities, and collaborations with leading global designers. The new designs reinforce the brand’s commitment to combining timeless aesthetics with contemporary functionality while exploring new directions in furniture design.
