V Escapes has launched Villa Moira, a six-bedroom private villa in Moira, Goa. The new residence is set across a 4,200 sq.m site and focuses on architecture, nature and personalised hospitality.
The property retains all 62 existing mature trees on the site. These include large mango and banyan trees that are more than 200 years old. The villa also follows the natural contours of the land.
Architecture Designed Around Nature
Designed by Alan Abraham of Abraham John Architects, Villa Moira uses a split-level layout. A central courtyard forms the heart of the residence. The spaces follow the slope of the site and connect indoor and outdoor areas.
The villa uses a monolithic micro-concrete finish across floors, walls and ceilings. Local laterite stone, timber decks and Sukabumi tiles add texture and warmth.
Pitched roofs cover the bedrooms and common areas. They respond to Goa’s monsoon conditions while drawing from local architectural forms.
Private Spaces and Guest Amenities
Villa Moira includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The residence also features spacious living and dining areas, a 58-foot infinity pool, heated Jacuzzi, spa and gym.
Guests can also use a private pickleball court, gazebo and outdoor gathering spaces. Courtyards, water bodies and reflecting pools add to the landscape-focused design.
The villa offers a fully serviced stay. Services include daily housekeeping, 24/7 security and concierge support. Guests also have access to three chauffeur-driven Mercedes cars.
