Signature Global has announced plans for a 194.22-acre farmhouse villa project in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram West. The development will focus on low-density luxury housing with private farmhouse villas, open spaces and landscaped areas.
The company has acquired 25 acres of land. It has also signed a Collaboration Agreement for another 169.22 acres.
Signature Global Farmhouse Villa Project
The proposed Signature Global farmhouse villa project will offer luxury residences in a low-density setting. The development is planned around space, privacy, greenery and lifestyle amenities.
The project is expected to include sporting, hospitality and leisure facilities. It will also feature landscaped areas around the villas.
The project has approximately 6.77 million sq. ft. of developable potential. Signature Global estimates the development will have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹5,500–6,000 crore.
Farrukhnagar Location
The project is around 15 minutes by road from the Dwarka Expressway. It also has access to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road.
The wider Farrukhnagar area is seeing infrastructure development. The Farrukhnagar–Gurugram road is planned for a four-lane upgrade. The estimated investment is ₹365 crore.
The proposed Gurugram–Farrukhnagar–Jhajjar highway is also progressing through alignment planning by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
These infrastructure projects are expected to improve connectivity in the wider Gurugram West region.
Signature Global Expands Luxury Portfolio
Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd., said the company sees an opportunity to develop a private, low-density luxury destination in Farrukhnagar.
He said the project will combine space, greenery, privacy and curated experiences. He also noted that the development will add nearly 6.77 million sq. ft. to the company’s development pipeline.
In the first quarter of the current fiscal year, Signature Global reported sales bookings of ₹1,970 crore. The company has delivered 19.2 million sq. ft. of real estate so far.
In FY2025–26, the company recorded sales bookings of ₹8,250 crore.
The Signature Global farmhouse villa project marks the company’s entry into the Farrukhnagar market and its expansion into the ultra-luxury residential segment.
