Eapro Global Limited has raised ₹40 crore in a funding round. The solar and power-backup solutions manufacturer plans to use the fresh capital for expansion and technology development.
The round attracted institutional investors, family offices and individual investors. Participants included Aarth AIF Growth Fund, NAV Bharat Investment Opportunities Fund, VentureX Fund, Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I and JK Family Office.
Kyro Capital Private Limited acted as the sole transaction advisor. It managed investor identification, transaction structuring and the closure of the fundraise.
The funding will support Eapro’s manufacturing expansion and technology capabilities. The company also plans to strengthen its presence in India’s renewable energy and power-backup markets.
Eapro reported strong financial growth in FY26. Revenue rose to ₹346.39 crore from ₹199.61 crore in FY25. EBITDA increased to ₹44.30 crore from ₹26.73 crore. Profit after tax also rose to ₹30.54 crore from ₹18.58 crore.
The company is now preparing for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) in FY28. Eapro is in discussions with prospective lead managers and investors for the proposed public listing.
Jagdeep Chauhan, MD, Eapro Global Limited, said the funding will help the company scale manufacturing, strengthen technology and address rising demand for energy storage and power-backup solutions.
Aman Maheshwari, Founder & Fund Manager, Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, said the fund sees structural growth opportunities in energy storage and power-backup solutions. He also noted that the transaction marks the fund’s first investment.
