For its 2025 show and beyond, Shoppe Object is relocating to a completely new space. After six years at Pier 36, the home and gift trade fair has revealed a new location.
Shoppe Object will move into the famous Starrett-Lehigh Building in 2025, occupying the third and fourth floors of almost 200,000 square feet of area. In addition to vistas of the Hudson River and an abundance of natural light, the new area offers a 10-story outdoor deck for events and gatherings.
According to a release, the venue also offers a 30% increase in size, providing plenty of space for more exhibitors and better experiences for spectators. Following a division into two areas between Pier 36 and the newly constructed
The founder and show director of Shoppe Object, Jesse James, stated, “We started looking for a permanent new home in earnest last year, and we needed a space that could carefully balance complex needs.” We set out to discover a method to establish the venue we were looking for because it didn’t exist. After a thorough search that took us all over the city, we finally struck up a conversation with the ideal partner in Starrett-Lehigh.

We are lucky that the industry has embraced Shoppe Object’s concept and attitude so enthusiastically. Enhancing our scale and scope while preserving the distinctive community and experience that Jesse and his team have built is the aim for 2025.
The entire block between 11th and 12th Avenues, from 26th to 27th Streets, is occupied by the Starrett-Lehigh Building. Originally constructed as a manufacturing center in 1931, it has subsequently been converted into a local landmark that provides creative space. The Javits Center may be reached on foot.
The executive vice president and managing director of New York City Leasing, RXR, William Elder, stated, “We are pleased to welcome Andmore and Shoppe Object trade shows to The Starrett-Lehigh Building.” Their choice to move into the building reflects the desire of progressive businesses to place themselves in well-equipped buildings in busy, pedestrian-friendly areas like West Chelsea. Two times a year, Andmore and Shoppe Object’s specialty trade shows will be held at Starrett-Lehigh.
