Q4 FY2026 revenue jumps 72% as AI-led platform transformation and strategic acquisitions drive growth

Aurum PropTech Limited has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing ₹500 crore in Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR), while reporting its second consecutive profitable quarter. The company’s performance highlights growing momentum across its integrated real estate technology platform, supported by strategic acquisitions, operational efficiencies, and AI-driven innovation.

For the fourth quarter of FY2026, Aurum PropTech reported total income of ₹135 crore, representing a 72% year-on-year increase from ₹78 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) margin improved sharply from negative 11.5% to positive 2.5%, while adjusted EBITDA margin expanded from negative 1.4% to 12.2%.

Strong Growth Across FY2026

For the full financial year FY2026, the company posted total income of ₹424 crore, up 49% from ₹285 crore in FY2025. The company also demonstrated substantial profitability improvement, with PBT margin narrowing from negative 15.6% to negative 2.9%, while adjusted EBITDA margin improved from negative 3.4% to a positive 5.9%.

The achievement of crossing ₹500 crore ARR marks a notable milestone for the Indian PropTech sector, reflecting the company’s ability to scale recurring revenues while maintaining focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Strategic Expansion Strengthens Platform

According to Aurum PropTech, growth during FY2026 was supported by a combination of strategic acquisitions and technology-driven expansion initiatives. The acquisition of PropTiger strengthened the company’s position in real estate distribution and brokerage services, while continued AI-led innovation at Sell.do enhanced customer acquisition and sales capabilities.

The company also expanded the geographic reach of Aurum Analytica, further strengthening its data and analytics capabilities across key real estate markets.

Rental Businesses Continue Margin Expansion

Aurum PropTech’s rental housing platforms, HelloWorld and NestAway, continued to deliver resilient performance during the year. Both businesses contributed to sustained margin expansion and reinforced the stability of the company’s operating model, helping create a balanced revenue mix across multiple segments of the real estate ecosystem.

SM REIT License Marks New Growth Opportunity

A key strategic development during the year was the securing of an SM REIT license, which positions the company to build a compliant and scalable real estate investment platform. The move is expected to open new opportunities in fractional ownership and institutional-grade real estate investments, further diversifying Aurum PropTech’s business model.

Management Outlook

Commenting on the results, Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of Aurum PropTech Limited, said FY2026 represented a defining year for the company as it scaled beyond ₹500 crore ARR while delivering two consecutive quarters of profitability.

He noted that disciplined execution, improving unit economics, strategic acquisitions, AI-driven innovation, and expansion across multiple business verticals have collectively strengthened Aurum PropTech’s position as an integrated and profitable platform serving the entire real estate lifecycle.

With a growing technology ecosystem, expanding recurring revenue base, and increasing focus on AI-enabled solutions, Aurum PropTech is positioning itself for its next phase of growth while continuing to strengthen profitability and shareholder value.
