Manufacturer and retailer buybacks, closeouts, bankruptcies, overstocks, liquidation merchandise, consumer returns, and out-of-season items are all available in the company’s stores.
Target Corp. Salvage Dept., a section of Target Corp. that deals with guest returns, damaged, and marked-out-of-stock merchandise, is its top unsecured creditor. $15.6 million is owed.
