Dirt Cheap and Bargain Hunt’s parent company, Channel Control Merchants, has already declared bankruptcy and posted several GOB bargains on Facebook.

On October 10, HDC Holdings II LLC and eighteen affiliates filed for Chapter 11 in the District of Delaware Bankruptcy Court.

Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee are among the states where the secondary market retailer has locations. Manufacturer and retailer buybacks, closeouts, bankruptcies, overstocks, liquidation merchandise, consumer returns, and out-of-season items are all available in the company’s stores.

Target Corp. Salvage Dept., a section of Target Corp. that deals with guest returns, damaged, and marked-out-of-stock merchandise, is its top unsecured creditor. $15.6 million is owed.
