Eternz, an AI-led jewellery and watches marketplace, has launched a zero-commission selling initiative for women entrepreneurs across India. The programme allows eligible women-led jewellery brands to sell through the platform without paying sales commissions during the initiative period.
The initiative targets newly onboarded brands in which women hold a majority stake. Eternz will review each applicant through its quality checks and approval process. The programme will remain available until December 2026.
Eternz currently features more than 400 brands and designers. Women-led businesses account for over 35% of its platform. The initiative aims to support independent designers, homegrown labels, offline retailers and entrepreneurs who primarily sell through social media or their own websites.
Digital Tools for Jewellery Businesses
Participating brands will gain access to Eternz’s customer base, logistics network and marketing tools. The platform aims to help businesses reach new customers without building their own digital commerce infrastructure.
Eternz also offers technology features designed for online jewellery shopping. These include Virtual Try-On, a Virtual Ring Sizer and curated jewellery discovery. Sellers can use the platform to showcase collections, manage inventory and present products to online shoppers.
According to Grand View Research, India’s jewellery market reached $94.14 billion in 2025. The market is projected to reach $153.77 billion by 2033, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 6.5% from 2026 to 2033.
Supporting Women-Led Jewellery Brands
Arthi Ramalingam, Founder and CEO of Eternz, said many women entrepreneurs have strong product knowledge and established customer relationships. However, they may lack the digital infrastructure needed to expand beyond their existing networks.
She said the initiative aims to help women-led businesses reach new customers and use technology designed for jewellery discovery and shopping. Entrepreneurs selling through Instagram, WhatsApp, home studios or physical stores can explore the platform as another sales channel.
Eternz said the programme forms part of its wider effort to digitise India’s jewellery industry. By removing sales commissions during the initiative period, the company aims to reduce one cost of online selling for eligible women-led businesses.
The initiative offers jewellery entrepreneurs another route to showcase their collections online and expand their customer reach.
